Upon signing up with Commerce Island, Inc,
a detailed mail containing your Control Panel login details is sent to
your Email Address [Username].
Logging in from the Commerce Island, Inc Website
For Customers:
- Visit
http://commerceisland.com.
- Click the Login link on the top
right section of the page.
- Mention your Username [Email ID] and
Password.
- Click the Login button to continue.
Through this interface
you can buy new products and services from Commerce Island, Inc.
IMPORTANT
If you wish to manage your existing Orders, you
need to click the My Account link on the top right section of the
page, after logging into our website.
Logging in from the Control Panel Login
Area
- Visit the following URL:

- Mention your Username [Email Address] and
Password and click the Login button.
IMPORTANT Error Message: Invalid Email/Password, or your User account maybe Inactive
or Suspended
As the error suggests, this message is displayed in either of
the following events:
- The Username [Email Address] that you have typed is
inaccurate. You need to ensure that you
- The Password that you have entered is
not
correct. Again this may be because of an error in typing or because
you have forgotten the correct Password. In the latter's case, please
refer to Recovering a Forgotten Password section below.
- Your Control Panel access has been disabled by
Commerce Island, Inc. Please get in touch with our Technical
Support Team at sales@commerceisland.com to resolve this
issue.
Recovering a Forgotten Password
In the event that you do not remember your current Password, you
can still get access to your Control Panel by generating a Temporary
Password.
1. Click on the Forgot Password link from
the following URL:
Customer Login -

Reseller Login -
http://61694.myorderbox.com/reseller
2. Enter your Username [Email Address] in the
box provided.
3. Click the Forgot Password button.
You will soon receive a Temporary Password on
your Email Address [Username], that will continue to work for the
next 3 days. However, it is strongly advised that you modify your
Password as soon as possible, through the Change Password option under
the Settings menu
within your Control Panel.
